The Reiki Circle I have contains energy exercise techniques, lectures, and discussions on a variety of topics. Some of these techniques and lectures will lead to workshops or classes for more in-depth experiences.
The Meditation Classes will help clear your mind and work out emotional issues. Many ask "Who am I?" You will get to find yourself again. We lose ourselves in a fast paced environment and become numb to what our bodies are telling us. You will learn to listen to your body again. Meditation will help you focus, slow down, and pay attention. It will help you stay calm at stressful jobs, economical problems, holidays, and more. Meditation helps in many ways to grow in mind, body, and spirit.
