My name is Jeanette Costa. I am an herbal practioner and I specialize in medical massage.
I have always done herbal medicine since I was young. I know about folk medicine from my family. My background is Portugese.
I have a golden retriever which has many skin allergies and ear infections. I have remedies that help her digestive, skin, and ear problems.
I have been doing medical massage for 5 years. For people who have back pain, carpal tunnel, sports injuries, frozen shoulder or other pain issues I do medical massage. My goal is to get you better so you don't need to come back to me. If you have Flexible Spending Account they reimburse you for any alternative healing you choose to do. Some insurance companies will reimburse you for medical massage. I work on people who usually are involved in physical activities. Soccer, hockey, running, personal training, etc.
I also do spiritual healing. Reiki and energy work. I have been teaching for 15 years. I started out with learning about wiccan among other techniques of magic. I then learned Reiki and Karuana Reiki. Then I did some training with Koreans and learned how to use energy in a quicker way. I also did intensive class with siddah yoga. After that I now get training and learn from my connection to myself and teaching others. My goal is to show you how to use techniques so you may use it in your everyday life to help you release stress, to listen and feel your body to know when something isn't right. I teach you to connect mind, body and spirit.
