Meditation Exericise
 
This is done during meditation.  Have your hands on your lap, palms facing up.  Sit quietly for about a minute or so.  Then lift your palms up from your lap about 6 inches.  Face palms towards each other.   Start moving them back and forth with your eyes closed.  Have your hands almost touching each other and pull them apart and back closely.  As you feel the energy between your hands you can move them further to see how far you can go till you don't feel it any more.  Then go back to where you do feel it.  Do this for about 15 minutes every day if you can. 
 
What ends happening is you will be able to feel the energy and the more you do it the more your hands will expand outwards.  To where you might have to stand up and just move your arms around because you start feeling the energy around you.  The other thing that happens is, it helps you quiet your mind.  Also put background music very low on.  You will be so amazed at feeling the energy everything else goes out of your head.  The music helps with this also.  Once you get used to it you automatically start doing it with background low music to keep your mind quiet and then you will start having experiences.  Nothing to be afraid of.  It's all connecting to your higher self.  Once you do this for about 3 months try to think of something.  It will be very hard to do so.  Then you realize all those thoughts going through your head were meaningless.
